MOVIE REVIEW : AVATAR 1
Have you seen a movie named Avatar before? So, this week, I'll be reviewing a film written and directed by James Cameron. In 2009, Avatar: The Last Airbender was released. This movie's genre is action and fantasy. I like this movie because it's unique; the fictional characters look so cool, and it's really fantastic. The most engrossing thing in this movie was the computer-generated imagery (CGI) and when they had such a battle, it looked so realistic. The 
main character from this movie was Sam Worthington, who played Jake Sully. Jake Sully is the fictional character in this movie. Other than Jake Sully, there are also other fictional characters such as Neytiri and Dr. Grace Augustine, who are played by Zoe Saldana and Sigourney Weaver, respectively. This movie also had fictional characters such as Trudy Chacon and Colonel Miles Quaritch, who were played by Michelle Rodriguez and Stephen Lang. Jake Sully is the one who first appeared in 2154 for a mission on Pandora, and he had a problem. If he wants to exist on Pandora, he must be reborn as an avatar. Neytiri was a female member of the Navi and she had sent someone to save Jake's life. Lyle Wainfleet is a soldier who was killed in retaliation, and he is played by Matt Gerald. Jake and Neytiri have formed a family, and they are doing just fine staying together. They are forced to leave their home and must travel to another region, where they have to start battles just to stay alive. The costumes that the actors wear are designed by Deborah Lynn Scott. It took her more than 200 hours to complete the costumes, which are crucial to making a film believable to the audience. The costumes that the people in Pandora wear are very important. It increases the designer's motivation to make it happen, and for your information, this movie has four editors. They used their virtual cameras to shoot some scenes, and the editors needed to put them together, but somehow their editing was wholesome and made the movie believable. It's easier to attract more audiences since it doesn't seem like a cartoon for real. In my opinion, for people who love action and fantasy genre movies, this movie is recommended for you to watch, but it will take us like 3 hours to finish it. For me, it is too long for a fantasy movie, but it is still fun to watch. After all, I would rate it eight out of ten. However, it's still worth it to give it a try at least once.
